A note on Postal Cards

All Postal Cards up to #39 were issued by "Namakanish", with their logo (see example) and clear numbering system at the middle of each card (see example).  The confusion started when HayPost took over the Armenian Post, and started printing Postal cards while Namakanish was also printing using the same numbering system (see #40 and 41).

Postal Cards are issued in small quantities of 700 to 1000 pieces, usually without prior notice to collectors and dealers.  By the time we are informed, usually the Postal Cards are sold out!  Postal Card #40A issued in 2006 has only now been discovered and added to the website !

#40B, #41B #42 are believed to exist without horizontal bars, will appreciate info from collectors and dealers.

With the new management at  HayPost we hope to see a more organized and professional system of issuing, numbering, informing and distributing of the new issues.
